This project was a Grid Tied solution which involved a 3 phase Eskom connected residential home, we installed and connected with a Fimer 12KW Grid tied 3 phase inverter, 17 x 540watt solar panels generating 9,35KW peak power/h capable of generating up to 46KW/h per day. The entire house has been connected to this solution, making the house almost entirely self sufficient and running on its own green generated power. The house’s 3 geysers have also been converted to solar geysers which consists of 3 separate solar panels per geyser with a Geyserwise control unit where you able to control and set the temperature per geyser and the times you want it to come on. The solar geyser solution makes this house all so more efficient on “green” self-generated power, is less reliant on the Eskom grid which in turn all adds to drastically reduce the clients Eskom electricity usage.
The entire solution considerably reduces the clients Eskom electricity monthly spend thus saving him money and reduce the cost of his electricity.
